Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) and DPM Entertainment (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the organizer of India’s national beauty pageant platform — Mr. India, Miss India, Mrs. India, and Miss Teen India 2026 — accessible at beautypageant.dpmentertainment.com.
By accessing our website, submitting a registration, paying a registration fee, attending auditions, or participating in any event organized by DPM Entertainment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register, pay, or participate in any DPM Entertainment pageant event. Registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
01 — Acceptance
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all visitors, registrants, participants, winners, finalists, and any individuals interacting with DPM Entertainment through our website, social media channels, events, or any other medium.
- If you are registering on behalf of a minor (under 18), you, as the parent or guardian, accept these Terms on their behalf and take full responsibility for their participation.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
- These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your personal data.
02 — Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria
To participate in DPM Entertainment pageant events, you must meet the following criteria for your respective category:

Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Must be an Indian citizen or of Indian origin
- Must be in good physical and mental health to participate in events
- Must not have been convicted of any criminal offence
- Must not hold any title from a conflicting competing pageant that restricts participation
- Participants under 18 must have written parental/guardian consent
- Prior modeling or pageant experience is NOT required — this platform is open to beginners
DPM Entertainment reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the competition. Misrepresentation of eligibility information may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
03 — Registration
Registration Process
Registration for all pageant categories is conducted online via our official website and payment link. By completing registration, you agree to the following:
Registration Steps
- Complete and submit the online registration form with accurate, truthful information
- Pay the applicable non-refundable registration fee via Razorpay
- Await confirmation of shortlisting for auditions via email or phone
- Attend the audition round (virtual or offline, as assigned)
- Selected candidates proceed to grooming, training sessions, and the Grand Finale
Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information submitted during registration — including name, age, photographs, and contact details — is true, accurate, current, and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification at any stage without refund.
Seat Availability
Seats are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. Completing a form without payment does not guarantee a seat. DPM Entertainment reserves the right to close registrations at any time once seats are filled.
04 — Fees & Refunds
Registration Fees & Refund Policy
Payment
- Registration fees are collected exclusively through our Razorpay payment link
- Fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email/SMS to your registered contact
- GST or applicable taxes, if any, are included in the stated fee
Refund Policy
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled entirely by DPM Entertainment, or (b) a verified technical error occurred during payment resulting in duplicate charges.
- No refund will be issued if a participant voluntarily withdraws from the pageant at any stage
- No refund will be issued if a participant is disqualified due to ineligibility or misconduct
- In case of event postponement, your registration will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date
- Refund requests for valid reasons must be submitted in writing to info@dpmentertainment.com within 7 days of the issue
05 — Selection Process
Auditions & Selection
The selection process consists of multiple rounds, and participation in each round is subject to successful completion of previous stages:
- Round 1 – Online Registration: Submit application and pay registration fee
- Round 2 – Audition Round: Virtual or offline audition as assigned by the organizer
- Round 3 – Grooming & Training: Selected candidates receive professional grooming sessions
- Round 4 – Grand Finale: Final competition event with jury evaluation and crowning ceremony
⚖️ All jury decisions are final and binding. DPM Entertainment does not enter into discussions or correspondence regarding judging scores, results, or selections at any stage of the competition.
DPM Entertainment reserves the right to modify, add, or remove rounds, change audition formats, or alter timelines due to operational requirements, without prior notice.
06 — Code of Conduct
Participant Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to uphold the dignity, values, and reputation of DPM Entertainment and the national pageant community. By registering, you agree to:
Mandatory Standards
- Treat all fellow participants, jury members, staff, and guests with respect and courtesy
- Arrive punctually and prepared for all assigned auditions, sessions, and events
- Dress appropriately and in accordance with event guidelines communicated by organizers
- Represent yourself and your category with integrity at all times
- Refrain from any act of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct on-site or online
- Not make any false, defamatory, or disparaging public statements about DPM Entertainment, jury members, or other participants
- Not engage with media or press on behalf of DPM Entertainment without prior written authorization
Social Media Guidelines
- Participants may post about their participation on social media but must not make misleading claims about titles, associations, or outcomes
- Any social media posts that damage the reputation of DPM Entertainment may result in disqualification
- Winners are encouraged to tag @dpmentertainment.official in relevant posts
07 — Media Rights & Intellectual Property
Photography, Video & Media Rights
By participating in DPM Entertainment events, you grant us certain rights to content created during the event:
- DPM Entertainment reserves the right to photograph and video record all event activities, including auditions, grooming sessions, and the Grand Finale
- By participating, you grant DPM Entertainment a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your name, likeness, image, and voice in event-related promotional materials, including website, social media, press releases, and marketing campaigns
- Winners and finalists grant DPM Entertainment the right to use their title, name, and image for promotional purposes during their title year
- You may not use the DPM Entertainment logo, brand name, or event titles for personal commercial purposes without prior written approval
📸 For participants under 18, media use of their image requires separate written consent from their parent or legal guardian, which will be collected during the registration process.
All content created by DPM Entertainment, including website content, event footage, logos, and branded materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of DPM Entertainment and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
08 — Winner Obligations
Duties of Title Holders
Winners crowned at DPM Entertainment events accept their title subject to the following obligations for the duration of their title year:
- Conduct themselves with grace, professionalism, and integrity in all public appearances
- Represent DPM Entertainment positively at official functions, media appearances, and events as requested
- Not participate in any competing pageant, event, or brand campaign that conflicts with DPM Entertainment’s interests without prior written approval
- Maintain active social media engagement and promote the DPM platform as mutually agreed
- Not make any public statements that misrepresent DPM Entertainment or their title
Failure to fulfill winner obligations may result in revocation of the title and forfeiture of associated prizes or benefits, at the sole discretion of DPM Entertainment.
09 — Disqualification
Grounds for Disqualification
DPM Entertainment reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any stage of the competition, without refund of fees, for the following reasons:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria at any stage
- Violation of the Code of Conduct or any applicable event rule
- Engaging in bribery, corruption, or any attempt to influence jury decisions
- Behaviour deemed harmful, offensive, or damaging to the reputation of DPM Entertainment
- Failure to attend mandatory sessions, auditions, or events without prior approved leave
- Criminal charges or conviction related to any offence
- Any act that brings disrepute to the DPM Entertainment brand, participants, or the pageant community
Disqualification decisions are at the sole and absolute discretion of DPM Entertainment’s organizing committee and are final and non-appealable.
10 — Prizes & Benefits
Prizes, Rewards & Benefits
DPM Entertainment offers participants the opportunity to win prizes, recognition, and career opportunities as publicized on our website. All prize-related matters are subject to the following:
- Prize values (including the advertised prize pool of up to ₹10 Lakh) are subject to final event terms and sponsor availability
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated
- Winners are responsible for any applicable income tax, TDS, or other statutory deductions on prizes won
- Prizes will be awarded only after the winner has fulfilled all verification and documentation requirements
- DPM Entertainment reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if required
11 — Liability
Limitation of Liability
By participating in DPM Entertainment events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Participation in all event activities — including but not limited to stage performances, photoshoots, travel, and training sessions — is at your own risk
- DPM Entertainment is not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or any damage suffered by participants during events, except in cases of gross negligence by the organizer
- DPM Entertainment is not responsible for any loss of earnings, professional opportunities, or consequential damages arising from participation or non-selection
- We make no guarantees regarding career outcomes, media coverage, brand deals, or industry opportunities post-participation
- DPM Entertainment’s total liability to any participant shall not exceed the registration fee paid by that participant
DPM Entertainment will take all reasonable measures to ensure participant safety and wellbeing at all organized events. Participants are encouraged to carry their own personal accident and travel insurance.
12 — Health & Safety
Health, Safety & Special Needs
- Participants must declare any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of registration
- DPM Entertainment reserves the right to request a medical fitness certificate for participation
- Participants with special accessibility needs are encouraged to notify us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements
- DPM Entertainment complies with all applicable health and safety regulations at event venues
- In the event of a medical emergency during an event, DPM Entertainment staff will provide first aid and emergency support; costs of medical treatment remain the participant’s responsibility
13 — Governing Law
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these Terms, your registration, or participation in DPM Entertainment events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Step 1 – Informal Resolution: Contact us at info@dpmentertainment.com to attempt an informal resolution within 30 days
- Step 2 – Mediation: If unresolved, parties agree to seek mediation before initiating legal proceedings
- Step 3 – Legal Action: Only if mediation fails, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of New Delhi
By participating, you waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
14 — General Provisions
Miscellaneous Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DPM Entertainment regarding your participation
- Waiver: Failure by DPM Entertainment to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision
- Force Majeure: DPM Entertainment shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic-related disruptions, or acts of God
- Assignment: You may not assign your registration or participation rights to any other person. DPM Entertainment may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction
